Refund policy

Refund requests may be submitted within seven calendar days of the original purchase date.

Requests should include the purchaser’s name, order email address, and order number. Contact fwpsupport@proton.me.

Refund eligibility and processing remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law and Lemon Squeezy’s requirements as merchant of record. This wording must be reviewed against the final live-store configuration before launch.
